Sold item, sent item, it got damaged in transit upon buyer receiving it. They file claim, they get refunded, I get a VERY specific email stating “your item arrived damaged, but not too damaged for it to be sent back to you.” Listing then is deleted THEN put back up and simply deactivated (yes in this order) by Mercari.
