I just swapped the FCU's. And now my "M17" has an X-Carry FCU, and my "X-Carry" has an M17 FCU with a manual safety(*) You will need to deal with the notch on your grip module. I got an X-Compact grip module and cut the notch in it so it would accept the manual safety FCU, put the X-Carry slide on that, and it makes a nice compact carry gun.SIG Sauer Pistols.
