I can leave the truck setting idled up and looses no coolant. Kenworth looked at it and said the radiator was plugged but agin the truck does not run hot.

It may need to idle for 10 minutes or so and once you see that there are no more bubbles surfacing you can shut the car off. Top off the coolant in the radiator - put the cap back on. Then check the level in your over flow bottle and top up if needed.
