Actually, bruiser smg build with memento is good with more blue, and youll likely to get the lost 15% weapon damage (red core) from another source, lets say from the amplify damage stack of lady death (+75%/bullet) or chameleon (+90% wpn dmg) and also the intimidate (35%). Dont need to run it in full red.I farmed Heroic Summit and targeted backpacks for more than 12 hours with no exotic backpack or exotic drop whatsoever.
