If you have a solid yellow light but the Litter-Robot doesn't turn, it means there's a problem with the connection between the motor and the circuit board. It can also be caused by a defective motor. We suggest you to take a look at the motor connectors and possibly exchange the motor for a new one.

It will cycle when I push the button, it is on the hard wood floor, I cleaned the interior and checked everything, vacumned out, changed the wasted drawer, and litter.

I wake up and it's stuck on cycle (like all the way turned over like it just emptied) it's frozen there and the cycle button is blinking. It's recently gotten a deep clean and I took it apart and cleaned it again put it back and it still won't work.
