Hi everyone, I thought I'd make this post because there seems to be a lot of confusion on the application process for prior service members to the Army HPSP, on both the applicant and recruiter side. Just as a disclaimer, this post is Army and veterinary school specifically (I'm sure this is going to be mostly true for all Army HPSP applicants).
