Multiple cortisone shots, physical therapy, orthotics and have had no relief. My heel pain was unbearable and it's kept me from doing anything in my life. My doctors suggested a calf surgery or the shock wave therapy but that wasn't a guarantee to help..DO NOT go to the good feet store!!! Spent $1700 8 months ago to find out today by a Orthotist that the inserts do not even fit my feet. The Orthotist sells inserts for $225.
