Bad news: Ultros is a congested server, which means it is hard locked by SE and no new characters can be created there or transferred to it. You can make a character on the same Data Center (Primal) and use the World Visit to play with your friend, with some restrictions, or your friend can transfer for free to a preferred world to play with you. Ultros is an odd one its got a Hunt community but its selective because we had a big troll problem in the past with people pulling on sight. (it was mainly one FC doing it too which is why they are banned from the more elite hunt LS)
