No, thats wrong. The knox infection will appear as "infected" on a wound, the same way a regular infection does. You cant tell the two apart on the menu itself, but you CAN'T be infected without a bite, scratch, or laceration from a zombie. So while there's no direct indication on the menu, you can figure it out with context.You can cure Wound infection easily, just take care of the wound, disinfect it if needed, keep a clean bandage on and it'll go away. But the zombie infection, which is contracted on a 7/25/100% chance for a Scratch/Laceration/Bite caused by a zombie is incurable.
