Their modules don't come with MS cuts, they will be happy to make the cuts for an additional $20. Bro I am here to help you. I have mayfield grips. I have had the medium x compact, large x compact, medium x carry, m1811, Axg, and p80. The x compact grips have a very thick grip but narrow front to back grip. It feels weird as well because the bottom of the x compact cuts in word and feels weird.

Also, I know ots your last resort but there is a thing called the "grip mod" where you add 1911 grip bushings and then you can use 1911 grips. Just google "22.45 grip mod" and you will get lots of step by step guides. You could also try to trade it in at the local gun shop and pick up the replacable grip model. Either way hope this helped.
