For a 10 use a 5/32 drill. Drill the hole in the gas block, with the tube in it. you will need to drill into the other side of the gas block too. So you can get the set screw to close off the tube. If you know how to grind a bottom drill now is the time to do it or see if you can buy one. You will need 2 taps.

Personally, I might send a barrel off to D wilson, but only if I test its accuracy first and find that it is an extremely accurate barrrel. With a quality non-lmt barrel, the gas block, the gas tube, the gunsmithing costs, and the shipping, I don't suspect I'll save any money.
