The Borderlands Wiki says that with the right build Lilith has the highest DPS (Damage Per Second) than any other build. I finally made it to level 69 with level 69 gear and after doing the math I put out ~47,000 DPS with my double anarchy SMG with all the stat boosts.

Mind games is a nice skill to have. Other than reaching that skill (Diva, Girl Power and that shark-icon skill), Slayer and everything below it is nice (except the final skill in that tree; it's bugged and sucks). Phasewalk fully heals her and forces all the enemies to forget she exists. Lillith can even easily solo Crawmerax, as getting to that last weak point isn't a problem. Hell, even just the fact that Phasewalk lets her move so much faster than everyone else is a huge plus. Mordecai is a distant second.

I personally play a Controller/ Assassin build and with Mind Games, a good SMG or Shotgun, and a Phasewalk cooldown of next to nothing, Lilith rapes things. I'm practically invincible.
