Kia Mechanic: natet351. Could you attach a picture of the control unit so I can see what we are working with. When looking underneath the water continuously drips from the weeping hole (I assume it's meant to be a weeping hole) on the bottom of the blower motor. HighMiles. It happens to various vehicles, sometimes. Just find something firm yet pliable to insert into drain pipe underneath vehicle near passenger side. That will dislodge gunk which is holding the water from draining out the pipe. The water on the Passenger side FLoor can be caused by several systems. There is a "Drain Hose" behind the Carpet that allows the AC Condensation to drip out under the vehicle. If it's clogged or come off it will leak onto the floor. Additionally if the vehicle has a Sunroof, the system uses "Drain Hoses" and there are 4 of them.

Consumer Report, Powers and many other testing outfits are of the opposite opinion, so are most owners. If your shop was not able to find a water leak, it is the shop that has problems, not the vehicle.Make sure water is not coming into the passenger side of the cab via surface tension and air pressure under the condensate drain (when using the AC).
