I found this thread after searching for a solution to the shifting problem with my 2018 590m. Just thought I'd post to let the group know that JD Clutch Docs repair is legit. With shipping and the repair it was around $200 all in. The Gator now shifts as it should have from the factory. Well worth the money spent.Clutch issues. Our Deere Rep stopped by the shop yesterday and I asked about some stuff to include the 825i and 550 clutch issues. According to him, there is a fix coming out for the drive clutches on the 825i that will either be a clutch/belt replacement or a rework of the clutch. As for the 550 clutch, it seems the last fix is working.

Also when shifting from 4WD to 2WD it hesitates but after few yards it comes out with a load clunk. I have about 20 hours on it.
