The first 60 questions of AAMC CARS qpack 1 are known for being notoriously difficult and not at all representative of the real exam. There are people on this subreddit who have gotten less than 50% correct on the first half of that qpack and ended up with CARS scores of 130+ on the actual MCAT. By the time I got to AAMC QPacks I found their content to be a breeze compared to UWorld. But I found UWorld on par with the harder section banks imo. I found UWorld to be most helpful for content review. Don't worry too much about the score, just learn. I'd suggest to do KA videos + UWorld passages for content review. Then do AAMC.
