Honda odyssey display not working.
3 Posts. #43 · Feb 17, 2020. Hi, Just to chime in - our 2019 Odyssey (Elite) is doing the same things. It has about 6400 miles on it, 7 months and 3 days old. The display won't turn off, the backup camera won't work, the in car DVD etc won't play, it thinks it is moving when it is parked in the garage, and the radio says "Radio unavailable".
2.1 Update your device. 2.2 Update your CarPlay application. 2.3 Close other running applications on your device. 2.4 Reboot your Honda's infotainment system. 2.5 Connect your device properly to CarPlay. 2.6 Replace the damaged cable; use only Apple cable. 2.7 Reconnect your device. 2.8 Restart your device.Take out the in dash mounted box to gain access to the 2 screws holding the rear of the radio assembly. You may need to remove the whole radio and with the key on loosen the screws holding display and the radio base. Move the two around with the screws loose till the radio starts working and put all back with out those 2 rear screws.Steering Wheel Lock. The steering wheel lock is another possible cause of a Honda Odyssey key not turning in the ignition. Sometimes, when the steering wheel is locked, it can put pressure on the ignition, making it difficult to turn the key. The dash lights (mph, etc.) work, the back lighting to the headlight control dial works. None of the buttons from the VTM-4 to the right are back lit. They tried putting them in the right place but it still showed up wrong in the display. They ordered new sensors but again not working correctly. The dash lights (mph, etc.) work, the back lighting to the headlight control dial works. None of the buttons from the VTM-4 to the right are back lit. Jun 28, 2018 · DVD player not working. I have an 05 touring, and out of nowhere, when I put a DVD in the player, it makes a loud whirring noise like a motor or something is spinning. The rear screen is blue and it says loading. Then after that whirring noise starts and stops a few times, it turns off. The disk will eject just fine. The key fob illuminates the running/parking lights. There are two separate filaments in a brake light bulb. One that lights up when you switch on your lights (or press the fob), a second brighter one for the brakes. The high mounted 3rd brake light is just a single filament. 3rd Gen: 3rd owner - 2007 maroon EX 260,000m (will trade for RA3!)Like the wires, the camera is close to the ground, so it can get d***y.
