I found this way to make FO4 work with 21:9 aspect ratio without any downloads or complicated steps whatsoever, just follow the video and it should work fine...So I think I solved this for my 48" Ultrawide. In Fallout4Prefs.ini I put this in. bBorderless=1. bFull Screen=0. iSize H=1080. iSize W=3840. When I set bFull Screen to 1 it would keep crashing after about 15 seconds or so into a new game or loading an existing one. When I changed Full Screen to 0 it no longer crashes.
