Date: June 15, 2016 Alexandria Va.- United States Park Police are investigating a fatal 2 vehicle crash involving a passenger car and mid-sized shuttle bus, on the George Washington Memorial Parkway near Stratford Lane. One passenger on the bus has died. The bus, carrying foreign visitors from China, had 18 passengers plus the driver. The passenger car had two occupants.
