Mistmoore is a great zone for the mid/high30's. It has a lower ZEM than unrest, but makes up for it with great camp spots. A castle entrance group will have nearly limitless pulls and you can break the camp with a 2 or 3 person group if you're careful. Also, in the back of the graveyard is a fake wall that leads to another great camp spot.
