Yeah Puma 7 is the same shitty defective chip line. I had an EN2251 and it dropped connections constantly. Streaming anything - hit buffering, trying to video conference for work - not possible, online gaming - disconnections every hour or so. The EN2251's randomly drop ethernet connection, due to a known issue with the Intel puma chip set in them. The ES2251's are known to not give correct speeds and drop connection but read as online and fine, reset fixes that. Spectrum doesn't acknowledge this to customers or employees.
