I’m a current PCT with DaVita so hope this helps: your shifts will be approx 4:30am-4pm even in training give or take depending on clinic and if they have 1,2, or 3 shifts of patients. You can kind of be flexible in your schedule but you will be asked to work extra shifts a lot. PCT At a Glance: Paid Training : Full Time 10 to 12 weeks, Monday through Saturday program to include 4 days (3 floor days and 1 theory day). Full Time : Base of 3 to 4 workdays rotating at 10 to 12-hour shifts, to be a minimum of 30 hours a week.Typical day at work at Davita is 8+ hour shift with a half hour break.
