With the way stam works right now in conan combos are a noob trap, swing a couple of times and roll before you run out of stam to get your stamina back almost instantly. This is my normal corrupted PvP build : 15AGI 20VIT (glutton) / corrupt 9 20AUTH (well trained) / corrupt 19 5GRIT.The health penalty with corruption isn't that big of a deal but the stamina penalty is brutal. Even if you max out grit and agility and gear up for as much stamina as possible you barely have more than a noob character.
