Prius red triangle no codes.

I have a 2007 Prius. The other day the red triangle of death appeared along with an array of other lights on the dash. Shortly after the car acting like it was out of gas and came to a halt. Before tow came I checked codes and got p2103 which I looked up and it indicated throttle body/sensor/ECM/etc. Dealer checked it, drove it and it ran fine ...I have a 2006 Prius with 130K-ish miles - the dashboard lit up with the triangle-of-death. I went to Advance Auto, used their OBD reader and it came up with "No Codes"... a little background: 1) The traction (hybrid) battery was recently replaced by Green Bean battery a month ago - after replacement I had no issues. No warning lights, car drove ...Yes. The HV isolation fault kicked in again, so it probably won't go ready again until you disconnect the 12v again. Hey everyone. I own a 2007 Gen 2 Prius and lately it started showing the red triangle warning light. But it happen intermittently, randomly but almost in every drive longer than 10 minutes. It just pops up for a second and then gone. 2008 Prius: getting P0A09 and C1310 hybrid codes and red triangle. New 12V battery. Checked all fuses, and wiring at +ve batt terminal. Keyfob won't lock/unlock and trunk only opens if ignition in READY mode.
