Then enter the elevator as shown in the picture below. Take the elevator to reach the Daycare Level. Exit the elevator, then turn left and enter the Daycare (Marked as 1 in the map below). Get the (correct me if I'm wrong) green taco thing to the corner where the vent is. After that you can pretty easily just figure out a way there. It's really not as hard as people make it out to be.
