When I go to manage superstars: defense, under my active superstars it shows Jamal Adams but does not show up in my players able to activate/deactivate (my powerup Jamal Adams doesn't have abilities or x-factors). If not, it might be the same issue i was having where my x-factors would not show up as such in my line-up, but their card was still red (indicating they are an x-factor). And when you go to view x-factors before the game, it says they are, but they only show up as Superstars when actually playing. To fix that, change your coaching scheme, save ...
