XUV 550 trans noise. New to the gator forum. I have a brand new 550 with only 4 hours on it. The wife used it yesterday and it was fine, pulled it in the garage and parked it. Today it will only move in reverse, no forward. It makes a grinding sound when you put it in high or low. The problem is the cable is fixed to close to the throttle shaft making it almost instant on and off. There is no real way to extend the lever on the throttle. The only correction I have been successful with is to lower the cable connection on the throttle pedal.
