Basically "1D7" can go anywhere, but some locations will have more of some shreds than others. Like every base has computers and networks and stuff. Some will PCS a lot, some a little, a lot has to do with luck and timing and how they try to manage their goals and of course needs of the Air Force. Some will go TDY a lot, others a little.
